I grew up on jobsites. My mom was the designer, my dad was the builder — so I spent my childhood watching one person sketch something beautiful and the other figure out how to make it actually stand up. Ten years in, I'm still doing both.
I started residential: bathrooms, basements, kitchens, and then more bathrooms. If you've never spent a Saturday shimming a vanity, I don't recommend it — but I do recommend hiring someone who has.
Then I moved to commercial, because the math is different. When something breaks at a house, it ruins a weekend. When something breaks at a business, it's costing money every hour it sits. Doors that don't latch, ceiling tiles sagging, the outlet nobody's touched since 2016 — small stuff that quietly makes a place look like nobody's minding it. That's the work I like. It's fast, it's measurable, and I can leave a property better than I found it before lunch.
Licensed and insured. And when you call, you get me — not a dispatch center, not a four-hour arrival window, not a different subcontractor every visit.
When I'm not working, you'll find me with my wife Kaja and our new baby boy, Basil. We're calm-weekend people: snow sports, good drinks, and whatever the kid is currently obsessed with (right now, ceiling fans — so I guess he's already in the business).

What do you charge?
Labor is $100/hour. Materials and any applicable additional costs are billed separately. For larger or clearly defined projects, fixed-price proposals may be available.
